I (We) hereby release the above named from any claim or loss to myself, rider, emplyees, horses, and/or equipment. Southern Rebel Futurity Rules
1.	Futurity open to any horse which is a foal of 2004 and later (4 years and younger). SRF is a 2008 futurity.
2.	Horse may never have competed in any barrel race prior to 12-1-07. Horse may have entered in other events.
3.	Rider may ride more than one horse.
4.	Futurity payback: 30% First Go, 30% Second Go, 40% Average. There will be a $25.00 starting fee for eveyone entering futurity due at check in time. All horses must be present at check in time on Friday December 29, 2002, 9:00 AM. Registration must be in hand.
5.	20% of entry fee will be deducted.
6.	Entry Fee - $345.00
7.	Pay Schedule: 9/10/04 - $100; 10/10/07 - $100; 11/10/07 - $154; for a total of $354.00.
8.	$75.00 Substitution Fee - Horse must have same owner. Transfers are not accepted. NO REFUNDS!
9.	Late Fee - $25.00 each payment missed.
10.	Stall Fee - $50.00 total for week starting Wednesday, December 26, 2007.
11.	Mail payment to: C.D. Giacobone, P.O. Box 1100, Bath, SC 29816
12.	Negative Coggins papers within 12 months.
13.	4-D Divisions will be determined as follows: 1-D Fastest Time; 2-D - add 1/2 second; 3-D add 1 second; 4-D add 2 seconds.
14.	Horse may be entered only 1 time in open classes.
15.	One time processing fee of $10
16.	2D futurity- 1/2 sec split each go, 1 sec for average.
16.	30% of Entry Fee will be deducted on open classes. Payback 100% added money.
